Shipping:
We use USPS Media Mail for Free shipping and it takes 2-9 days depending on your distance from our warehouse in south Florida. It is the same shipping time as Parcel Post. We offer Priority Mail shipping for a surcharge and it takes 2-4 days from shipment to be delivered. Pre Orders are shipped at release date listed on your order.
UPS is also available as an upgrade at your option and prices are displayed during the checkout process.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.if your location is not currently available. Please email us cs@timetravelercorp.com and many times we can add your location. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please expect a lead time of 10 working days to receive your product unless an expedited order is to be processed. Please note these are not guaranteed times but we do our best to get the product you purchase from us into your hands as quickly, efficiently and inexpensively as possible.You will receive an email once your product has shipped with tracking information. Please note that tracking can take 48 hours to be active after shipment.
If for some unforeseen reason you do not receive your shipment or tracking that was provided in your shipment email is not showing package progress. please email us @cs@timetravelercorp.com and we will resolve your issue or replace the product. Please note that it takes up to 2 weeks at times for packages to reach their Continental USA destinations and Overseas destinations are a few weeks longer. Please keep that in mind when choosing your shipment methods.
